Well after a week of being away it is good to be home. The International Bible School was a great success and I have permission to share words from one of our participants Khaloob Kawar from Israel:
"But when Jesus perceived the thought of their hearts, He took a child and put him by his side, and said to them: "Whoever receives this child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me; for who is least among you all is the one who is great. Luke 9:47-48".
Many blessings were associated with the International Baptist youth leadership course which was held in Elstal Germany from march 25th to April 1st 2007, organized by the youth department Elstal and the European Baptist Federation, youth and children committee and training department. The main theme was: "Called to lead equipped to serve". The course included devotions, bible studies, lectures, worship services and workshops which included tools and practical way for service with youth and children, and a visit to Berlin. There were 22 participants from 11 different countries who experienced a great time and learned a lot about leading children and youth by denying themselves, being a child like, accept children, showing Jesus` values by deeds and so forth. The participants went back to their churches at home with more knowledge, more love for life, more compassion and abilities to share themselves, expecting the best of others.
