Lights! Cameras! Action!

Well after some convincing and testing we have launched Zachary "virtually" into his classroom at Riverside School! Today was a test for Zachary via webcam to chat with his classmates and teacher and on Monday he will start attending classes (while still in bed!). It has been fun to set up and we are setting a first I think at Riverside to allow a student to attend classes while still in bed! Zachary had his stitches out this evening by a visiting doctor (they do house calls here!). It was not pleasant but its another stage down. Now just four more weeks of casts. He is doing well despite the horizontal position which will change next week when he is allowed to sit up. He had a friend over after school and they had a ball. We are doing well. Deann's mom's back is tender but ok. Mine seems ok as long as I ply the meds to my body. We shall see. I overdid it a bit today. We have a member of the CBM staff, Laurena Zondo Communications & Education Manager from Mississauga arriving this Tuesday for a week of visits, interviews and photos of the work we do. Everyone have a nice weekend...

Isn't it great that Zachary is able to continue with school at home. Hope you are all feeling much better now, even the cat. Love and Prayers Bev
