Starting Up Another Year

Well its bitter sweet that we are starting another year and the 7th year of our term which seems amazing to me that we are starting the 7th of things.... 7th start of school, 7th year at IBTS, etc etc. Boggles the mind actually. We ran into a old school chum that is starting his PhD at IBTS, Andy DeRoche a CBM missionary from Africa. Seems IBTS is becoming the "hang out" for CBM staffers that want to do higher education! Zachary started school today at "high school" or junior high equivalent, either way you cut it our first born is growing up! Both boys had physicals today and aside from some orthopedic concerns for Zachary in terms of physio follow up they are both well. Banner day, Matthew did not cry when he got his booster shot! WOW! This is a kid that used the scream at the site of our doctor walking into the room! Matthew starts school tomorrow and there never was a child more ready for school than he! Zachary is holding his own after his first day and declared that it was "ok". Ahhhh entry into those preteen years!
