I am so encouraged by the passion and dedication of people who work and minister in the middle east. As the world watches and waits for the UN tonight to make a decision on the future of Palestine I find myself surrounded by history, despair, hope, frustration and concern. Walls that divide and separate families and peoples... represent more than the concrete that they are built with but the emotional barrier to tolerance, may I even be so bold as to say acceptance? Man's unique gift to himself is his ability to be cruel and selfish to his brother and sister above any other species in on the earth. Pray for peace... salaam and shalom.
