Time in a Bottle...

Ever feel like time is measured by an hour glass? Seems like eternity since Zach was admitted and it really was only a week ago. So five weeks to go or so for the casts! Zachary is counting down! He has a signicant drop in pain and more mobility as far as he can with hip casts on. He is cracking jokes and made buddies with the little Czech guy "Joe" next to him and you can hear the peels of laughter from the two of them on the whole ward. Though language is a barrier they seem to rise above it. We are hoping that the doctor will release him at least by Wednesday but we will wait and see. Meanwhile my back is worsening and now that I am in week three I think its a slipped disk or some such foolishness so will drag myself to the doctor and see what can be done. Just finished the proposal for the new MTh module at IBTS this week working wild hours and racing against the clock to get it in the academic review committee by Wednesday. All else is going fine...
