Today is the annual gathering of our international staff team for the European Baptist Federation. Its a great time of hearing what God has been doing in our respective ministries and what the year holds. Pray for our meetings that they will be fruitful and that the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead for the year coming will be bathed in His Spirit's guidance. Tomorrow is my annual management meeting for the work that I do in the EBF and I am also looking forward to this time with great anticipation.
