Steady as She Goes!

Yesterday was my annual management meeting and had the various entities that "own" me all speak into my work and life.  It was a satisfying meeting and felt good that things were in a positive space and lots of good things are going on.  Each ministry (CBM, EBF, IBTS, EBF Youth and Children) all were positive about the past year's activities.  If anything we need to look at sustainability and how this work can grow effectively beyond only my own strengths and leadership.  Deann has been an immense help in all of this and working with her on some of the items has been great.  We need to consider other staffing issued in the future but will see how things go after a team meeting of the Youth and Children Executive Committee  in Lebanon in January at our annual conference then we can see what concrete things we can work ahead towards in the future.
