From Chile to the Maritimes....

These past two weeks have been full!  I had a great week in Chile last week attending the Baptist World Alliance annual meetings.  Our planning committee had a chance to deal with the final details for the Baptist World Youth Conference.  We are now officially one year away from the conference next year.

HORIZONS in South America!  One of the most exciting parts of the conference was the launching of HORIZONS for several South American countries that were gathered for a special gathering of national youth workers of JUBLA (Baptist Youth of South America).  Rebecca Alward (CBM Bolivia) was in attendance and presented Horizons on my behalf the day before I arrived and then we met as a group and talked about the strategy for those countries who were interested in carrying out the program.

God is indeed blessing this work and it amazes me where it is going!
